Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative and Remote Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting professional outbound sales and customer service calls to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Offering additional products and services to callers to increase sales and revenue growth
  • Maintaining accurate records of all interactions, including sales calls, customer inquiries, and issue resolutions
  • Adhering to a provided work schedule and maintaining a high level of punctuality
  • Maintaining confidentiality of company and client information
  • Successfully achieving sales and fundraising goals on outbound projects
  • Maintaining efficiency and composure while handling various types of calls

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a telemarketing or customer service setting
  • Flexibility to work on Sundays and accommodate a varied work schedule
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently
  • Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to pass arenaflex's training, background, and credit check
  • Reliable transportation for commuting to work (not applicable for remote workers)

Sales and Service Skills

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet sales and customer service goals
  • Self-motivation and independence to work remotely and manage your time effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in customer service and sales techniques to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze customer data and make informed decisions

Technical and Office Requirements

To work remotely, you'll need:

  • A headset for calls
  • A dedicated analog phone line
  • High-speed internet (minimum 1.0 MB bandwidth)
  • An updated PC with Windows 2000 or newer
  • A quiet workspace for virtual work
  • Documentation of internet and phone line connectivity
  • Ensuring financial obligations for internet and phone bills are met
