Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and validating brokers' contracts and licenses to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Handling a high volume of inbound calls and correspondence related to broker status and payments, providing timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Analyzing financial reports, calculating commissions, and training team members to ensure seamless operations and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve processes
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in multiple system applications, ensuring data integrity and security

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • 5 years of experience in enrollment services or the broker field is highly preferred, demonstrating your expertise and knowledge in this area
  • Intermediate PC proficiency and software skills, including Microsoft Office and other relevant applications
  • Experience with office equipment and maintaining data records in multiple system applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
