Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You'll work closely with colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience, and your enthusiasm, energy, and passion for delivering outstanding service will make a significant impact on our customers' lives.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Process transactions, including ringing up sales, handling returns, and processing exchanges
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning the sales floor, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience
• Develop and maintain displays, including special, seasonal, and promotional displays
• Assist with the separation of food items, including raw and pre-cooked meats, and restock consumable items using the first-in, first-out technique
• Provide customer assistance in the photo area, including digital photo services, banner printing, and selling special photo items
• Take on web order responsibilities, including screening orders in Picture Care and handling requests (pick items) and delivering orders to customers as they arrive at the store
• Assist with external and internal support by ensuring a perfect, pristine, and deliberate store condition and appearance
• Conform to all organization policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with colleagues
• Perform unique tasks and other assignments as delegated

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work an adaptable schedule, including nights and weekend hours
• Basic knowledge of store systems and equipment
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

* Six months of experience in a retail environment

• Previous work experience with arenaflex
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work an adaptable schedule, including nights and weekend hours

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
