The Role

As an Account Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of our 3P market in the USA. You'll be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that cozy new products, fee pricing, and comfort to our customers. Specifically, this role will involve:

  • Conducting market research to identify product selection gaps and execute GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our ecommerce platform
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new sellers and grow our product selection
  • Providing guidance and support to sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help sellers achieve high requirements of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems

Key Responsibilities

* Develop a thorough knowledge of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global developments/activities, and continuously monitor competitor efforts

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations
  • Guide sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, consisting of statistics-driven insights that help sellers achieve high requirements of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives
  • Participate with and influence internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree required

  • 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably in the ecommerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries
  • Demonstrated achievement in exceeding sales objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a robust working knowledge of Excel and MS Office programs
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be enthusiastic about success and winning
  • Commercial acumen with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities
  • Ability to work with complex financial data and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of ecommerce experience

  • 3+ years of experience in the purchaser electronics quarter
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience
