Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a clear, concise, and professional manner
- Provide competent assistance to customers, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Aid in all customer service functions of order entry, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Suggest opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of our customer service operation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide informed and accurate support
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and concerns
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and chat platforms
- Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 30-35 WPM
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting performance metrics and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
* 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
- Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
