- Sort and distribute incoming departmental mail or work requests
- Check work process reports to ensure required data is available
- Request any missing documentation on a case-by-case basis
- Output, print, and list reports
- Plan correspondence or packages for internal/external mailing
- Maintain departmental logs, accounting sheets, or databases
- Monitor supply stock or arrange supplies as needed
- Assist other staff members in related tasks on a case-by-case basis
