Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound customer service and sales calls with professionalism and poise
  • Prior customer service experience is essential, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
  • Addressing issues in a calm and composed manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Developing relationships and providing support to customers, managers, and other stakeholders
  • Utilizing technology to efficiently source information and provide accurate solutions to customers
  • Onboarding and training new users to the platform, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and building interdepartmental relationships
  • Familiarity with real estate documents/title (deed, mortgage, easements, property report, taxes)
  • Residential real estate transaction knowledge is preferred, but not required
  • Assisting customers in navigating our real estate technology platform, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance when necessary
  • Educating customers on the benefits of our technology solutions and how they can optimize their real estate transactions and property management using our tools
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our technology offerings, staying up-to-date with product updates and improvements to provide accurate information to customers
  • Assisting customers with onboarding processes, guiding them through setting up accounts and utilizing our software effectively
  • Handling customer complaints and concerns with empathy, striving to find solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations
  • Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to facilitate continuous improvement and tailor services to customer preferences
  • Collaborating with the team to meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer inquiries or concerns

Experience and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in customer service, technology sales, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
  • Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
  • Experience with outbound calling and business development strategies
  • Proficiency in negotiating and closing sales deals
  • Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer interactions and sales pipelines
  • Computer knowledge, including proficiency in Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office, and Dropbox
  • Slack and Zoom experience preferred
