Job Summary

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients and freelancers. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, responding promptly to their inquiries, requests, orders, or applications via email, phone, and chat. Your empathy, writing skills, and email etiquette will be essential in resolving customer complaints and questions about specific products or services. Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to customers' inquiries, requests, orders, or applications via email, phone, and chat

  • Assist with customer complaints and questions about specific products or services
  • Modify and escalate complaints across multiple communication channels
  • Be the first point of contact and advocate for customers
  • Handle a high volume of customer support requests using empathy to answer questions and troubleshoot problems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

* Must be over the age of 18 with a reliable internet connection

  • No prior experience is required, but prior experience is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent writing skills and email etiquette
  • Proficiency in CRM/support tool experience (a plus)

Preferred Skills

* 1 year of chat support experience

  • Articulate, personable, and reliable with great writing skills and email etiquette
  • CRM/support tool experience a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools
