Requirements

To be successful as a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Prior experience working as a live chat or customer service representative
  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking
  • The ability to multitask and manage multiple chat discussions at once
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills

  • The ability to maintain composure under pressure when interacting with difficult customers
