Channel Sales Manager (Industrial) – United States (Remote)

This business has been operating in the United States market for 30+ years and globally for a good deal longer. It has a turnover of multi-millions internationally. As the Industrial Channel Sales Manager, you will be leading and managing the indirect sales teams of 25+ channel partners. This role is ultimately responsible for growing sales through channel partners across the USA. Regional Territory Managers report to the Sales Manager. The collaborative and inclusive work environment that they foster promotes creativity, teamwork, and individual excellence.   • Develop sales strategies that spearhead growth and cement channel partnerships.
  • Drive initiatives to penetrate new regions and sectors.
  • Ensure sales target are met and accurate forecasts provided.
  • Develop sales team through skill development and training.
  • Track/report on KPIs such as sales performance, pipeline development and partner engagement.
  • Be restless for continued professional and technical development.

What You Will Have:

  • Ideally a knowledge of fluid handling technology (pumps and associated equipment).
  • Progressive experience in sales, with a focus on leadership and driving revenue growth.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels with channel partners and internal colleagues.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making processes.
