The Role

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you'll be an essential part of our team, contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate and efficient data entry, supporting various departments within the company. You'll work closely with different teams to gather and organize information, handle confidential and sensitive data with utmost discretion, and communicate effectively with team members and superiors.

Key Responsibilities

* Input and manage data in spreadsheets and databases with high accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ensure compliance with data protection policies, reporting any data discrepancies or issues promptly

Requirements

* Proven experience in data entry or a related field, with a strong understanding of data management processes

  • Excellent typing and keyboarding skills, with the ability to maintain high accuracy and speed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify and correct errors
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, maintaining the trust and security of our data

Conditions

* Work-from-home position, with flexible hours and occasional weekend availability
