Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing excellent communication skills to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
- Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with ease and efficiency
- Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
- Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, while maintaining a customer-focused approach
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
- Upselling products or services as needed to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide a seamless experience
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
