Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing orders and resolving customer disputes in a fair and efficient way
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving customer complaints
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date on product information and providing accurate answers to customer questions
  • Meeting and exceeding customer expectations in each customer contact
  • Responding to customer contacts, answering questions, improving engagement, and providing customer service
  • Generating correspondence to secure additional customer information to resolve customer disputes
  • Keeping records of customer interactions
  • Helping develop a vendor team focused on driving customer retention and satisfaction while ensuring excellence in customer service with every customer contact
  • Maintaining manual customer charge accounts
  • Establishing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Providing customer service to all arenaflex employees with the selection of slip-resistant footwear

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
