The Role

As an Experienced Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for managing live chat interactions for a diverse range of businesses, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world and enjoy a better work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage live chat interactions for multiple businesses, responding to customer queries, and providing top-notch customer service

  • Provide sales links, discounts, and other relevant information to customers

Requirements
