As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Your Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues
- Upselling when required

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a fearless and compassionate individual who is inspired to deliver exceptional experiences. We're looking for people who are:
- Able to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- Experienced in customer service, preferably with at least 6 months of experience
- Over 18 years of age
- Able to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Able to navigate Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require:
- A minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps
- A minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
- An ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Internet connections that are not Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
- Proof of internet speed
- A clean and quiet workspace
