Job Summary

As a Business Assessment Lead, you'll be responsible for conducting advanced assessments of complex business issues that impact our clients' experiences. You'll use a range of data analysis tools and techniques to identify pain points and develop data-driven recommendations for improvement. Your findings will inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that improve client experiences

• Conduct advanced assessments of complex business issues using data analysis tools and techniques
• Identify key drivers of client satisfaction and develop recommendations for improvement
• Develop and present data-driven insights to senior leaders and cross-functional teams
• Work with data analysts and planners to develop data visualizations and reports that inform business decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements that enhance client experiences
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on data analysis and business acumen

What You'll Need

* Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., business analytics, operations research, mathematics, economics)

• Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as Looker, Data Studio, and Excel
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and Hive
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience mentoring junior team members

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field
