Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our remote Customer Care team. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations. Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, live chat, and email interactions - Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed and accurate responses - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and exceed customer expectations - Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge - Work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction and business goals

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or related environment - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools - Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) - Experience working with e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces - Knowledge of lighting industry trends and products
