Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting with customer complaints and questions about specific products or services
  • Modifying and escalating complaints across multiple communication channels
  • Responding promptly to customers' inquiries, requests, orders, or applications
  • Being the first point of contact and advocate for customers
  • Handling a high volume of customer support requests via email, phone, and chat using empathy to answer questions and troubleshoot problems

Requirements

To become a freelance Chat Support Specialist on arenaflex, you must:

  • Be over the age of 18 with a reliable internet connection
  • Have no prior experience, but prior experience is preferred
  • Possess excellent communication and writing skills, with a strong understanding of email etiquette

Preferred Skills

While not required, the following skills are highly desirable for freelance Chat Support Specialists:

  • Articulate, personable, and reliable with great writing skills and email etiquette
  • 1 year of chat support experience preferred
  • CRM/support tool experience a plus
