They are seeking Environmental/Toxic Tort attorneys to join their San Diego, Carlsbad & Inland Empire offices, offering opportunities to work on various toxic tort actions and general liability work.
Responsibilities
- Practice within the state of California in the Environmental/Toxic Tort department
- Handle toxic tort actions including benzene, PFAS, heavy metals, silica, solvents, mold, and asbestos
- Focus on Prop 65 and class action matters
- Engage in litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking
- Conduct research and handle assignments with minimal supervision
- Participate in client interactions and handle appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
Skills
- Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the state of California
- Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills
- Candidates must possess strong academic backgrounds
- Candidates must have proven skills in research
- Candidates must be self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision
