Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our part-time remote team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring our clients receive the support they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Troubleshoot issues with soft drink fountain machines and other equipment
- Perform mechanical services and light repairs on soft drink fountain gear as per company standards
- Investigate and resolve issues with pop fountain gear
- Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
- Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
- Remain positive, work as a team player, and create excellent customer-focused organizations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
- Valid driver's license
- Technical aptitude to repair machines
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays or Sundays and holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, technical support, or a related field)
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field
- Knowledge of soft drink fountain machines and other equipment
- Experience with troubleshooting and repair of technical equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
