Key Responsibilities

As a software engineer at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including:

• Writing and reviewing product or system improvement code
• Participating in or leading design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide on the best technologies
• Assessing code developed by other engineers and providing comments to ensure best practices (e.g., style tips, code checking, accuracy, testability, and performance)
• Contributing to current documentation or educational content and adapting content based on product/application updates and user feedback
• Triage product or gadget problems and debug/tune/resolve using source code analysis and impact on hardware, community, or carrier operations

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in software development, computer science, or a related technical field
• 3 years of experience with software development in C++ and statistics structures/algorithms
• 3 years of experience in checking out, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture
• 3 years of experience growing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks, or experience with compute technology, garage, or hardware structure

Desired Qualifications

If you have:

• A Master's degree or Ph.D. in computer science or a related technical field
• 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role
• Experience with growing reachable technologies

Skills and Competencies

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Strong programming skills in C++ and other languages
• Experience with software design and architecture
• Knowledge of statistics structures and algorithms
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
