Key Responsibilities:

* Handle Incoming Issues: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, using smart customer-focused decision-making skills.

  • Act as a Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer, researching, resolving, and tracking customer issues related to service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, and more.
  • Follow Up on Outstanding Tasks: Ensure completion of outstanding tasks and provide updates to customers as needed.
  • Anticipate and Mitigate Issues: Anticipate and mitigate any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience.
  • Assist Hospitals with Product Conversions: Provide support to hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs.
  • Respond to Customer Telephone Questions and Concerns: Respond quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns.

Requirements:

* Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone and email etiquette.

  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Have previous customer service experience and be comfortable sitting in front of a computer for the majority of your shift.
  • Microsoft Office and Salesforce Skills: Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be comfortable training in Salesforce.
  • Basic Skills with Moderate Level of Proficiency: Possess basic skills with a moderate level of proficiency and be able to consult with senior peers on non-complex projects.
  • High School Diploma or GED: Have a High School Diploma or GED.
