Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls and engaging with clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Gathering information about clients' needs and suggesting relevant arenaflex products and services
- Providing in-depth product and service knowledge to clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and components of arenaflex's offerings
- Enhancing key sales skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, resolving issues, and closing deals
- Delivering exceptional customer care by responding to client inquiries in a timely and organized manner
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to established procedures and protocols
Essential Qualifications
* A minimum of two years of experience in customer support, preferably in a sales and customer service environment
- Proven track record of building client loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship-building, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the capacity to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
