Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering claims information into our claims management systems
  • Following up on missing information to process claims efficiently
  • Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compiling reports from systems with claims information
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols
  • Collaborating with our claims coordination unit to resolve issues and improve processes

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field (customer service, data entry, or claims processing)
  • Basic computer and typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Willingness to undergo a background investigation and meet the requirements for employment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience with claims management systems or similar software
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
  • Certification in data entry, customer service, or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
