Part-Time Virtual CISO (vCISO) – On Demand & Flexible Hours

We’re looking for an experienced Virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) to join our team on a part-time, flexible basis. This is a great opportunity for security professionals interested in exploring the vCISO role while maintaining other professional commitments. About the Role: As a vCISO, you’ll work directly with our clients to help them achieve successful audit outcomes and meet their security and compliance objectives. Whether it’s SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GLBA, or other regulatory frameworks, you’ll guide clients through the process, providing expert advice and hands-on support when needed. What We’re Looking For: • Proven ability to lead or support successful audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GLBA, etc.). • Strong understanding of Information Security, Risk Management, and Compliance frameworks. • Ability to self-manage and drive client objectives to completion with minimal oversight. • A problem solver who can think outside the box to ensure security controls are not just in place but are effective—even if it means rolling up your sleeves to make it happen. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex security concepts into clear, actionable guidance. • Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently. • Availability to support client needs on a flexible, part-time basis.
