Job Summary

As a Work From Home Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer care to our clients, handling a high volume of calls, and resolving complex issues with ease. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer care to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Handle a high volume of calls, navigating complex customer situations with ease and composure
  • Utilize various tools and software to manage customer interactions, including data entry and issue tracking
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and a positive customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer support skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Six months of contact center experience or customer service experience with heavy phone volume and data entry preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated passion for outstanding customer focus and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and manage multiple work streams and tools
  • Strong listening skills, with the ability to attentively listen to customer needs and concerns
  • Skilled at customer engagement, with the ability to build rapport and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to type in excess of 45 WPM with 95% accuracy
  • Willingness and ability to appear on live video with co-workers

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer support or contact center environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other tools used in customer support
  • Experience with data entry and issue tracking
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation and Schedule

* Hourly rate: $14.50 per hour

  • Schedule: 7:00 am to 11:00 pm (Central) within a 7-day work week, including holidays, with additional flexibility during high volume times of the year
