Job Summary
As a Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for conducting quantitative analysis, market research, and data storytelling to inform business decisions and drive growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and execute research studies, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
* Conduct quantitative analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Design and execute research studies to gather insights and data
- Communicate findings to stakeholders through data storytelling and visual presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand business needs and develop research plans
- Develop and maintain data models and dashboards to provide insights at scale
- Assist in the development of business cases and recommendations for product and service enhancements
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering)
- Experience working with data analysis tools and software (e.g., R, SAS, Stata, MATLAB)
- Experience in data storytelling and communication, including creating visual presentations and reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

* Currently pursuing a graduate degree in a quantitative field
