Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Healthcare) at arenaflex, you will:
- Enroll existing client customers in mail order pharmacy
- Educate client customers on cost-saving benefits
- Ensure our clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences
- Provide exceptional customer service support via inbound and outbound calls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong customer service orientation
- Attention to detail
- Ability to use sales rebuttals
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to type 20 WPM
- A passion for helping others
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Sales or customer service experience in a call center environment
- Knowledge of medication enrollment processes
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
