Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You will provide solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience, ensuring that our customers have a positive and empowering interaction with our company. Through your skills and knowledge, you will make a meaningful impact on others, helping them navigate the complexities of their healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding pharmacy benefit plans, prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

  • Provide empathetic and personalized support to customers, ensuring that their healthcare experience is seamless and stress-free
  • Offer solutions to help customers understand their coverage and options, empowering them to make informed decisions about their healthcare
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Ability to maintain a secure work space free from distractions and adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements
  • Reliable internet connection with approved speed requirements

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience working in a Call Center environment or Healthcare related field

  • 6 months of work from home experience
  • Healthcare certification (e.g., Med Assistant) a plus
