About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Bilingual French and English Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch support to our clients via inbound and outbound calls and/or internet interactions. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve common issues and answer questions related to our clients' products and services. Key Responsibilities

• Provide incoming customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
• Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
• Track, document, and retrieve information from databases
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of clients' products and services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
• Offer additional products and services to customers
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• A high school diploma or GED
• A quiet and distraction-free home workspace
• Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge
• Ability to multitask and learn new technologies quickly
• A desktop or laptop computer for testing purposes (may be provided by arenaflex, depending on the role)
• High-speed internet connection (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
