Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues in a remote setting. You'll work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that every interaction is positive, efficient, and effective. This is a part-time opportunity, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate responses to resolve issues and meet customer needs

  • Process orders, manage customer accounts, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, escalate concerns, and implement process improvements
  • Utilize technology to stay up-to-date on customer information, product knowledge, and industry trends
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive, efficient, and effective
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets

Essential Qualifications

* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar software

  • Exceptional customer service and problem-resolution skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and effective communication
  • High-speed internet connection (at least 25 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload) – internet speed test required
  • Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple windows and screens
  • Quiet, distraction-free work environment with minimal interruptions
  • Ability to commit to a regular schedule, including evenings and weekends (optional)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Experience with order processing, inventory management, or supply chain logistics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Compensation and Benefits

* Weekly pay starting at $12.00/hr, with a peak rate of $13.50/hr for November and December
