Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to all inbound inquiries (phone, email, and chat) from applicants with effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Providing technical assistance to applicants, allowing them to complete their applications
  • Navigating our computerized system for responding and/or troubleshooting to applicants' questions
  • Utilizing excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills, as well as being comfortable with multi-tasking, as needed
  • Developing strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to empathize with applicants
  • Staying knowledgeable about all arenaflex application programs to provide excellent applicant support
  • Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions to improve our processes

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of effective communication skills both orally and in writing
  • Technical savvy and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Strong ability to work well with people from varied cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new challenges
  • Ability to work with a high volume of activity (phone, email, and chat)
  • Bilingual abilities preferred; English/Chinese (Mandarin)/Spanish
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Availability to work a 6 am-3 pm schedule (or similar)
