Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our databases, processing patient information, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information in our databases

  • Process and verify patient data, including demographics, medical history, and prescription information
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient data entry processes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician, or a related field

  • Current licensure as a Pharmacy Technician in the states within the region
  • Experience performing data entry exercises that demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant state and federal regulations
  • Certified Immunizer or ability to become certified within 90 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a retail setting, including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance

  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy software and technology systems, including data entry and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
