Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound customer service, technical support, and sales calls, emails, and chats with a high degree of professionalism
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner, resolving issues and escalating concerns as needed
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and tailoring support and sales strategies to meet their goals
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, resolutions, and follow-up actions
- Participating in virtual training sessions to develop and refine your skills and knowledge
- Committing to a minimum of 15 hours per week, with the flexibility to create your own schedule
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years of age and a legal U.S.A. citizen or Legal Resident
- A clean criminal record with zero felony or fraud convictions
- A computer and cable or DSL Internet connection
- The ability to invest $12.95 for a background check (which will be reimbursed after 90 days of servicing a client)
- The cost of client training (also reimbursed after 90 days)
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or sales
- Proficiency in multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
