We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to provide top-notch support to our valued clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of service calls and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your exceptional communication skills, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to provide seamless support and exceed customer expectations.Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to service calls from customers, identifying their location and gathering information related to the reason for the call
- Determine the priority of the service request and set customer expectations, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer satisfaction
- Enter relevant information into our system and dispatch a technician to the customer's location, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
- Monitor the status of Priority 1 work orders to ensure timely handling and resolution
- Work collaboratively with our on-call technicians to resolve issues outside of business hours, providing support and guidance as needed
- Determine if equipment is under warranty and set customer expectations accordingly
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center environment
- Excellent telephone and communication skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of calls and resolve issues efficiently
- Basic PC skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to type a minimum of 40wpm and work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with a desire for continuous learning and cross-training
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a remote support environment or similar setting
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and non-business hours
- Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in the arenaflex industry
