Key Responsibilities

As a Portuguese Speaking Airline Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to airline passengers in Portuguese. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to airline passengers in Portuguese, ensuring that their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Assisting customers with questions regarding bookings, cancellations, and travel-related concerns, providing clear and concise information to ensure a smooth travel experience.

Requirements
