Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering Incoming Calls, Texts, and Chats: Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyzing Consumer Concerns: Identify and address customer concerns, taking or recommending appropriate actions to resolve issues and prevent future problems.

  • Providing Information, Support, and Guidance: Offer expert advice and guidance to customers, ensuring they have the information they need to make informed decisions.
  • Maintaining Quality Standards: Effectively handle quality complaints, adverse events, and claims according to Standard Operating Procedures, while maintaining superior customer service etiquette.
  • Documenting Calls and Interactions: Accurately and thoroughly document all telephone calls and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Communicating Effectively: Use correct grammar and make appropriate word choices in written communication and data capture, ensuring clear and concise communication with customers and colleagues.
