Earnings Potential

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $19 per hour, plus incentives. During peak periods, you can earn even more, with rates ranging from $16 to $19 per hour. Our contractors who meet or exceed key metrics earn an average of $16-$19 per hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50 per hour during non-peak times.

Schedule

* Seasonal Contract: This contract starts in January and runs through April 15th, 2024.

  • Flexible Schedule Opportunities: Create your own schedule, with options available between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday-Sunday.
  • Weekday and Weekend Options: Choose when and how much you want to work, with flexible scheduling options to suit your needs.

Skills Needed

* Sincere Desire to Assist the Customer: A genuine passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Tech Savvy and Avid Computer User: Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple systems.
  • Ability to Multi-Task: The ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize your work effectively.
  • Friendly Tone and Professional Demeanor: Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and professional tone.

Work Environment Requirements

* Quiet, Uninterrupted Space: A dedicated workspace with minimal distractions.

  • Organized Desk Area: A tidy and organized workspace, with all necessary tools and equipment.
  • Professional Appearance: A professional appearance, especially when on camera.

Technology Requirements

* Personal Computer: A personal computer (no tablet) with a valid operating system.

  • Broadband Internet Connection: A broadband internet connection, with a minimum speed of 10 MBPS.
  • Wired Internet Connection: A wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet).
  • Windows 10 or Windows 11 Operating System: A valid operating system, with the latest updates and security patches.
  • Valid Antivirus Software: Up-to-date antivirus software, with real-time protection.
  • USB Headset with Microphone: A high-quality USB headset with a microphone.
  • Webcam: A webcam will be loaned to each contractor for the duration of the contract.

Important Information

* Contractual Relationship: The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment.

  • Criminal Background Check: Contractors must successfully pass a criminal background check.
  • Language Requirement: English is the primary language requirement for this role.
