Job Overview

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise information to customers
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and departments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
