Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team, including data entry, follow-up on missing information, and review of invoices for accuracy
  • Entering claims information into our claims management systems with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Following up on missing information to ensure timely processing of claims
  • Compiling reports from systems with claims information to support business decisions
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 6-12 months of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
  • Basic computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Willingness to submit to a background investigation and provide proof of work authorization

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a claims coordination or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of claims management systems and software
  • Certification in customer service or data entry
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
