Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Acting as a liaison between arenaflex, the customer base, and patients to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues
  • Resolving routine requests via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet for both customers and patients
  • Providing customers with information regarding diagnostic results, test information, test pricing, and adding on additional testing
  • Speaking with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures
  • Inquiring, clarifying, and confirming customer requirements and understanding of the solution
  • Providing additional customer education and information as needed
  • Qualifying and establishing inbound new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services
  • Notifying clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner
  • Providing patients with information regarding scheduling appointments, location details, pricing information, and general questions
  • Speaking with patients in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures
  • Working in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions
  • Reviewing test forms for accuracy and reporting any discrepancies
  • Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Performing administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA compliance

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or call center environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook and Teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent ability to listen and respond
  • Courteous with strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent multitasking abilities required
  • Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual in English and Spanish (highly preferred)

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree (highly desired)
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry, such as a physician's office or a hospital (highly preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems (preferred)

  • Strong flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook and Teams
  • Experience with CRM systems and database management
