Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Support Administrative Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customer support team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assisting customers with placing orders and processing returns
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating customer information as needed
  • Communicating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate team members
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have a reliable computer and internet connection

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience (previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role is a plus)

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

* Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role
