Responsibilities:
As an Operations Technician at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Contributing to and leading efforts in the deployment, maintenance, and support of modern and new data center infrastructure
- Participating in or leading troubleshooting and resolving essential or escalated technical issues
- Testing and troubleshooting new server hardware components and designs
- Configuring and troubleshooting Linux OS-related issues on servers
- Deploying and maintaining arenaflex's advanced data center server and network infrastructure
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience troubleshooting hardware or community-related issues using Linux-based tools
- Experience in hardware, networking equipment, working systems, and data center operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with mild coding or scripting
- Experience with networking protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a data center or network operations center environment
- Experience with advanced networking protocols and technologies
- Strong knowledge of Linux-based operating systems and tools
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and services
