Job Summary

As a customer service agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients' customers through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails. You'll work independently as a contractor, creating a schedule that suits your availability and earning a competitive hourly rate. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails

  • Assist customers with their inquiries and needs in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and client expectations

Schedule and Earnings

* Flexible work schedule options available, with the majority of work hours on weekdays and during the daytime

  • Contract earnings vary by client, typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour
  • Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers

Required Skills for Successful Contractors

+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills + Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care + Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills + Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor + Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset + Proficiency in using technology, including computer applications and software

Technology & Equipment Requirements

+ Quiet and secure work environment during working hours + Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted) + Wired USB headset with a microphone for clear communication + High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity + Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS) + Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed + Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app + Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system must be used (some clients will accept AppleOS)

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computer applications and software
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
