Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Real-time Customer Data Platform & Adobe Experience Platform

As a key member of our Customer Data Platform (CDP) team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by leveraging the power of real-time data and Adobe Experience Platform.

Key Responsibilities
As our ideal candidate, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects, including:
- Managing and maintaining the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet the commercial business needs of arenaflex
- Supporting new development, configuration, and upkeep on the platform
- Providing technical guidance and expertise to internal teams regarding the segment-building and RT-CDP platform
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to the platform and implementing solutions
- Collaborating with IT and special teams to align on tech needs and implementations
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices related to Adobe Experience Platform
- Conducting daily audits to ensure maximum notable use of the platform
- Leading education sessions to up-skill internal teams on the effective use of the platform
- Collaborating with Adobe Support and Consulting teams to coordinate product improvements and workarounds
What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience related to technical data manipulation & marketing and marketing solution experience
- Strong technical skills, specifically with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues
- Excellent verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical ideas to non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical skills
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal information
- Embraces diverse perspectives, thinking, and styles
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States

- Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Experience with Customer Data structures, including Adobe Experience Platform or similar structures like Salesforce C360 or Segment
- Proven track record of effectively managing and implementing complex business-grade systems
- In-depth knowledge of data governance and data manipulation best practices
- Prior experience in a large-scale e-commerce or digital industrial business environment, ideally with a focus on customer journey optimization
