Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

• Practicing security-conscious approaches to data handling and analysis
• Developing a collaborative mindset with the team and partners as the primary focus

• Finding and extracting data from various sources for use in analysis, modeling, and decision-making

• Creating automated reports, dashboards, and assessments to support senior leaders and decision-makers

• Presenting findings and recommendations to the Utilitarian Assessment team and senior leaders
• Training and guiding colleagues on various skills and topics

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science)
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, R, or other data analysis tools and languages
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
