Key Responsibilities
As a Gadget Test Partner, you'll be responsible for:
- Downloading, installing, and testing games, as well as other digital content, on various devices, including Fire TV, Windows, and Macintosh, to ensure that it meets arenaflex's content strategies and quality bar for Luna
- Collaborating with program management teams to resolve content issues as needed
- Maintaining detailed and accurate assessment notes on issue tracking
- Identifying and supporting process improvement ideas and system upgrades that could enhance the efficiency or quality of our content tasks
- Contributing to meeting our daily list objectives while safeguarding our excellent customer experience
We're Looking for Candidates with the Following Backgrounds:
* Content assessment, games testing, or similar experience in an IT, digital media, or related field
- Enthusiasm for innovation, gaming, and technology
- Familiarity with the gaming industry and its trends
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality
- Comfort working with a wide range of technical efficiency and workflow management tools, including SharePoint, Excel, and Word
- Self-motivation and a strong inclination for action
- Ability to hit aggressive efficiency targets with minimal oversight independently
- Eagerness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to meet team objectives
- Capacity to identify, communicate, and champion process improvement opportunities that will benefit the entire content tasks team
Preferred Qualifications:
* Four-year degree in a related field, such as communications, marketing, software engineering, or a technical field
- Experience in game testing, test script creation, content assessment, or game development
- Passion for gaming and quality interaction
- Enthusiasm for innovation, digital media, games, popular culture, e-commerce, the web, and the mobile/voice market segment
- Fastidious attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with internal colleagues
