Job Summary:
We're seeking experienced and enthusiastic Customer Support Representatives to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for our customers. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly and courteous assistance to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of our customer service team
- Handle customer transactions, including ticket sales, baggage claims, and other travel-related services
- Utilize our modernized retail location framework to efficiently process customer transactions and resolve issues

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, following established procedures and guidelines
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required by the organization

Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, communications)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently, with a strong understanding of computer software and hardware
