Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a working environment
- Office work environment, with 40+ work hours per week
- Ability to demonstrate basic PC/Internet skills
- Introductory knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Great customer service and excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail; must translate information effectively and accurately
Minimum Requirements
* Typing test with 40 wpm+
- Computer skills: introductory knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Great customer service and excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail; must translate information effectively and accurately
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Performing data entry with high accuracy, per client's requirements
- Performing manual identification of different types of forms (MEDI)
- Classifying documents based on client's requirements
- Working on different tasks (Data Entry, Verify, MEDI & other DE tasks) based on established procedures and guidelines
- Working/receiving close supervision
- Ability to problem solve, self-guided
- Complying with company policies and standards
- Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work weekends as needed
