The Role
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for working with large, messy datasets to extract insights that inform business decisions. You'll develop and maintain complex data visualizations using Tableau, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions. Your expertise in SQL, scripting languages, and data manipulation tools will be essential in automating reporting and analytics processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with large, disparate datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain complex data visualizations using Tableau to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions
- Automate reporting and analytics processes using scripting languages (Python preferred)
- Document your approaches and share your expertise with colleagues to build a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration
- Mentor junior team members to develop their skills and expertise
Essential Qualifications
* 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on SQL and data visualization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Business operations fluency, with a strong understanding of supply chain and logistics principles
- Experience with data manipulation tools, such as Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
* Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau
- Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages
